Eubank Church of Christ

Click for COVID-19 Protocols

We want all to be assured that the Eubank Church of Christ is very conscious of the safety protocols necessary to protect everyone as we assemble for in-person services:

  1. The building facilities are sanitized before every assembly.
  2. Social distancing is practiced as folks enter and leave the building, and seating is arranged for suggested social distancing. Multiple services are held on Sunday mornings to guarantee adequate seating space.
  3. All attendees are asked to wear a mask throughout the services.
  4. Sanitation stations are set up around the auditorium.
  5. The Lord's Supper is supplied in individual packaging so no trays are passed through the audience.
  6. Collection baskets are also stationed in several locations.
  7. All songbooks are sanitized before being made available for use.
  8. Our worship services are slightly abbreviated in length and movement throughout the building is limited before, during, and after services.

About Us

Worship and Study with Us

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU VISIT: Click here to open a quick summary of what to expect when you visit. We would love to hear from you so if you have any questions please contat us.

TIMES OF IN-PERSON SERVICES: Currently, we are having TWO Sunday morning services. One at 9:00 A.M. and another at 11:00 A.M. This allows us to ensure social distancing throughout the building and gives us time to santitize the facilities between services.

ONLINE PRESENTATIONS FOR WORSHIP AND BIBLE STUDY: We use Facebook Livestreaming to post our 9:00 A.M. Sunday morning service. This allows others to worship with us who are currently unable to do so. (Later in the day that service is uploaded to YouTube.) We can be found on both Facebook and YouTube by searching for the Eubank Church of Christ.

We are currently recording our Wednesday Bible Study Class taught by Bro. Dale Robins and are uploading that to Facebook. We are in a study of the Prophets from the Old Testament and are currently studying in Isaiah.

MAILED MATERIALS: We publish a weekly bulletin with Bible Study articles and activities. Articles can be found elsewhere on this website.

What Must I Do To Be Saved?

This question was asked several times in the New Testament as folks were seeking salvation:

  • Saul of Tarsus asked, "What shall I do, Lord?" (Acts 22:10)
  • The Jews on Pentecost asked the apostles, "Men and brethren, what shall we do?" (Acts 2:37)
  • The Philippian jailer asked Paul and Silas, "Sirs, what must I do to be saved?" (Acts 16:30)

NONE OF THESE FOLKS WERE TOLD TO: "Pray the Sinner's Prayer with me." OR "Just ask Jesus to come into your heart" OR "Pray until you feel the Holy Spirit fill you."

  1. None obeyed in ignorance. They all HEARD the story of Jesus and His sacrifice for man. -- Rom. 10:17; Acts 2:37; Acts 22:10; Acts 16:32; Acts 18:8
  2. Salvation is for those who BELIEVE Jesus is the Son of God. Jn. 3:16; Acts 16:31; Rom. 10:11
  3. They were told to REPENT (turn from) their sins. Acts 2:38; Lk. 13:3; Acts 17:30
  4. They were to have the courage to state their faith by their CONFESSION of their faith/conviction that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. Matt. 16:16-18; Jn. 6:69; Rom. 10:10; Acts 8:37 (KJV); [We need not confess that we are sinners for God already knows that! Rom. 3:23]
  5. Finally, in ALL the cases of conversion in the Book of Acts, those wanting to be saved were BAPTIZED IN WATER FOR THE REMISSION OF THEIR SINS as Jesus commanded (Mk. 16:16). Acts 2:38; Acts 22:16; Acts 16:33; Acts 8:38-39; Acts 10:48; Acts 19:5; I Pet. 3:21

Radio Program

We sponsor a 15 minute radio program on Sunday mornings from 7:15 to 7:30 A.M. (EST). The program -- "According To The Scriptures" -- is broadcast on WSFC -- AM 1240. While this is a small, local radio station, it is part of the iHeart Radio Network. If you download the iHeart Radio App, you can listen to this program all over the world!
